How long do the arrangements last?

Our chocolate dipped strawberries and other edible products ares best consumed on the day of the order. However, if you cannot finish on the day, keep it refrigerated overnight and consume it the next day.

What area do you deliver?

We deliver within Perth Metro Areas within 60km of Harrisdale.

Within 40Km $30 | 40-60Km $40 (delivery is a little high due to current fuel price)

Orders over $200 enjoys free delivery

What days/times do you deliver?

Monday - Friday between 10am - 4pm. (Excluding public holiday and days that are marked unavailable on delivery calendar)

During our busy periods, please be aware that orders may be delivered before or after this time frame.

Can I request a delivery time?

If you would like to request a delivery time, please contact us, and we will see if we can accommodate your request. Due to the volume of deliveries, we cannot always guarantee an exact delivery time.

What happens if no one is home?

If no one answers the door, we will do our best to leave the box in a safe place only if there is no risk of the product being impacted by the elements. We will then text the recipients to let them know there is a delivery by the door.

Please leave a delivery note if you want your delivery in a specific spot. If the recipient won't be home, it is recommended that you leave an esky out.

Can you deliver to an apartment or unit complex?

Yes, we do deliver to apartment or unit complexes! However, someone must be home to accept the delivery, as we cannot leave the box unattended in front of an apartment complex. We will charge a redeliver fee of $20 if recipient is unattended.

Do you offer pick ups?

Yes, we absolutely offer pick-ups. Simply select Pick-Up option when checking out However, please note that this service is available only on designated days and may not be available for pickup on your order day.

Our team will contact you regarding pick-up time and address information 2 days before the pick-up. We highly recommend to blast the aircon and place your order inside a coolbag or esky during transportation, espeically on a hot day as the chocolate may melt.

Can I customise a arrangement?

Yes! Email us what you have in mind and send through any inspos you have to orders@sweetpurpose.com.au or DM our Instagram to discuss if this is possible.

Can I place a corporate / event order?

Yes absolutely! We have catered many events, activations and weddings with our favour boxes and live chocolate strawberry cart service. Orders can be customised with a colour theme to suit your company/event. please email us at orders@sweetpurpose.com.au to discuss further.

Are your chocolate safe for Coeliacs?

Our Milk, White and Dark Chocolate are gluten free. Many of the toppings are not. We follow strict procedures to minimise any risk of cross-contamination. However, please note that they are prepared in a facility that also handles gluten, so they may not be suitable for severe coeliac sensitivities.

Do your arrangements contain traces of nuts?

Although our chocolates are nut free. They were manufactured in facilities where nuts are also handled. Yes, our arrangements may contain traces of nuts. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee our products will not contain traces of nuts.
